Acusis Announces Sales Vice President Appointment

 

PITTSBURGH, Pa, December 30, 2008--Acusis® announced today that it has named Bill Simonet as the Company’s Vice President of Sales effective January 5, 2009. In this capacity he will assume overall accountability for the Company’s Sales leadership responsibilities going forward. Mr. Simonet brings to Acusis® a strong background in healthcare services and health information management. His career has spanned more than 20 years and includes extensive experience in both domestic and international business Sales leadership as well as marketing, technology and operations within the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Acusis, Mr. Simonet held executive-level positions with a variety of global health information management companies, including Precyse Solutions, Spryance/Heartland, Sten-Tel and Dictaphone. In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Simonet was elected to the Board of the Medical Transcription Industry Association (MTIA) in 2001.
